How to Download TikTok Videos Without Watermark on iPhone and Android

TikTok's built-in save feature stamps every video with a watermark - your username and the TikTok logo, right in the corner. If you want a clean copy for editing, reposting elsewhere, or just keeping without the branding, you need a separate tool. Here's exactly how to do it on both iPhone and Android.

Step 1: Copy the video link

Open the TikTok app, find the video you want, and tap the Share icon (the arrow on the right side of the screen). From the share sheet, tap Copy Link.

Step 2: Paste it into TikFlicker

Open TikFlicker in your browser - Safari on iPhone, any browser on Android - and paste the link into the input box at the top of the page.

iPhone-specific notes

Troubleshooting

Link doesn't work: make sure you copied the full link, not just the username. TikTok sometimes generates short links like vt.tiktok.com or vm.tiktok.com when you use Share - those work fine too, so don't worry if the link looks unusually short.

Download fails: the video may be private or deleted - TikFlicker only works with public videos, the same ones anyone can already view without an account. If a public video still fails, TikTok may have recently changed something on their end; try again in a few minutes.

Nothing happens when you tap Download: check that your browser allows downloads from the site (some browsers ask for permission the first time) and that you're not using an aggressive ad blocker that's also blocking legitimate download requests.

A note on watermark vs. no-watermark
